1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Imago ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Imago is an AI-powered creative platform that provides image generation. During private beta, AI generation is available only to the site owner. Public visitors can browse the tools; registration does not unlock generation.
3. Age Restriction & Content Warning
The Service is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By accessing Imago, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and consent to viewing AI-generated content, including images, that may include nudity or mature themes (NSFW Content). If such content is prohibited where you live, you must refrain from using the Service.
4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to generate, upload, or share content that exploits minors (CSAM), depicts non-consensual sexual content or deepfakes of real individuals, contains realistic graphic violence or self-harm, or promotes illegal acts, terrorism, or hate speech. Imago maintains a zero-tolerance policy. Violations may result in suspension and the withholding of remaining credits; we will cooperate with relevant authorities when necessary.
5. User Generated Content & Liability
Imago is provided “AS IS”. You are solely responsible for the prompts and outputs you create. The generation of content does not imply Imago’s endorsement. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Imago harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your distribution of generated content.
6. Quotas, Credits, and Payments
During private beta, credits and usage are available only to the site owner. There are no public free quotas, credit purchases, online payments, or recharge.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you generate, subject to a non-exclusive license granted to Imago to host and display such content. All underlying technology and branding remain the property of Imago.
8. Limitation of Liability
Imago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Reporting & Removal
If you believe your rights are being infringed or content violates these Terms, please contact us at [email protected] with relevant details. We will review and respond to takedown notices in accordance with applicable law.
10. Data Retention
Generation history, prompts, and reference uploads may be retained for a limited period (e.g., 48 hours for free tiers) for moderation and support. Guest/IP quota logs are kept for up to 7 days. We may preserve information longer to comply with legal obligations.
11. Local Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring the Service is legal in your jurisdiction. We may restrict or terminate access in regions where our offerings conflict with local regulations.
